Refund Policy

All products have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the product – or receive an incorrect or defective product – you may return the unused product and we will issue a full refund.

All damaged product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us within that time frame and provide detailed information regarding damage, including photos and a full description of the issue.

REFUND PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us via emails, and have your order number or proof of purchase available. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you and process the return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and will be processed once we receive the item.

Standard processing time of refunds varies and is determined by your credit card holder or bank. For product exchanges, timing for replacement product will vary depending on your location.
